A little while back l posted a photo of my crochet tea cup and saucer and have since been waiting patiently (?) for a little skittle shaped wooden doll to arrive at the craft shop. Oh the crafty joy l felt as l collected them and took them home to be painted, coated and capped. A little origami box created from pages of the "Animal Fairy Stories" book l discovered at the op shop completed the set....
When my Miss13 was only 2, our dear Le would regularly visit and have sleepovers with us and had the habit of starting the morning with a cup of tea. She included Miss2 in on the ritual so much so that it became Miss2's habit to wake Le (early) in the morning with excitement asking........
" 'uppa tea Ye? "
These are my sweet little " 'uppa tea" dolls!
